👷🏼‍♀️ ⚠️Mind Your Health: Empowering Our Team for a Healthier Workplace ⚠️👷🏼‍♀️

As part of our wellbeing programme at MMD Construction, we were delighted to welcome MedHub to our head office to conduct comprehensive health checks & winter flu vaccines for all employees during this years’ Construction Industry Federation (CIF)‘s Construction Safety Campaign.

Our Health Checks are designed to raise awareness of key health metrics and encourage proactive health management. From blood pressure monitoring, BMI, Cholesterol, Thyroid, PSA, B12 and full blood screening, our aim is to support our team in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, both at work and beyond.

Last year, almost 1,000 men died from a heart attack in Ireland and over 4,000 women die from cardiovascular disease. One in four men and women will lose their lives to heart disease or stroke. Safety isn’t just about preventing accidents—it’s about fostering an environment where our people feel their best, physically and mentally.
