St. Gabriel’s Credit Union

This project involved alterations to an existing three storey Credit Union building. The works included the creation of an enlarged two storey entrance and other elevation changes including alterations to the public footpath. Complete internal remodelling of the building was carried out including the replacement of existing ceilings, walls, electrics, plumbing and windows.  The project scope included the complete fit-out of the new accommodation including a new public counter, offices, sanitary conveniences, services incl. lift, and wall, floor and ceiling finishes.

MMD Construction was the main Contractor and the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the works at St. Gabriel’s Credit Union. As the PSCS, MMD Construction had the responsibility of managing and co-ordinating all health and safety matters during construction.
