2020MMD Construction was the main contractor and also the Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the construction of 40 social housing units at Kinsale Co. Cork. The project, which was a collaboration between Clúid Housing and Cork County Council, had been 10 years in the pipeline. The scheme comprises 18 two-storey two-bed and 20 two-storey three-bed houses, as well as two single storey two-bed special needs dwellings. The ultra efficient A-rated dwellings incorporated the latest mechanical and electrical services.
