ALDI Kanturk

We were delighted to work with Aldi Ireland delivering their new store located in Kanturk, Co. Cork. For this project we utilised off-site modular construction technology, not only to expedite the building process but also to reduce on-site waste, making the project more sustainable.

The scope of the works included;

• The demolition of all existing structures, including a habitable house and associated shed
• Refurbishment of the former Kanturk railway station building which occupied the site
• The construction of a single storey discount food store (1,799sqm gross floor area)
• Construction of a a single storey café
• 107 no. car parking spaces, including EV, disabled and parent and child spaces. 8 no. motorbike parking spaces
• New vehicular access from the existing laneway off Percival Street
• All associated landscaping and drainage
