MMD Construction Climb for Construction Workers 2024

On the 24th of August 2024, the team took on the challenge of climbing Mount Brandon in Kerry for a charity fundraiser, and what a wonderful day it was! From the breath-taking views to the camaraderie shared along the way, the experience brought together employees from across the company, united by a shared goal, to raise money for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity. While the climb was tough, the day was full of laughter and the spirit and determination of our  team made it an unforgettable adventure. We are very proud of everyone who took part in the climb and a huge thank you to all who contributed to making this event such a success.

In addition to the climb, members of the office team showed their support by partaking in a Charity “Masterchef Bake Off” and Cake Sale. The event, which took part over four weeks was a sweet success, where employees from various departments rolled up their sleeves and got creative in the kitchen, bringing in an array of delicious treats that showcased both their baking skills and their generosity.  The friendly competition was not only a feast for the taste buds but also a fantastic way to support  such a great cause. A huge thank you to everyone who baked, bought, and contributed—you’ve made a real difference!
