MMD Construction is seeking skilled and motivated General Operatives (GO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry and hands-on experience in fit-out, workshop tasks and general labouring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with carpentry-related tasks
• Support workshop & site activities
• Ensure quality and precision in all construction and assembly tasks.
• Follow project plans and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with company and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in carpentry with relevant experience in fit-out projects.
• Previous experience in workshop settings is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
• Safe Pass & Manual handling
