Redclyffe House

This Design & Build project consisted of the complete internal redesign, restoration and internal modernisation of a protected Victorian period building located in the high prominence area of Western Road, Cork.

MMD Construction was the main Contractor and the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the works at Redclyffe House. As the PSCS, MMD Construction had the responsibility of managing and co-ordinating all health and safety matters during construction. All works were completed in accordance with the contract documents and complied with all statutory requirements including the Building Control Regulations and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.

The building is now fully BC(A)R compliant with a new Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate.
