Celebrating Women in Construction at the CIF International Women’s Day 2025 Summit

What a fantastic day at the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) International Women’s Day 2025 Summit! Exceptionally organised and hosted, it was truly inspiring to be surrounded by over 650 incredible women leading the way in construction.

At MMD Construction (Cork) Ltd, some of our team were proud to attend and be part of such an important event, engaging in thought-provoking discussions, learning from inspiring keynote speakers, and celebrating the invaluable contributions of women across the industry.

While some of our team had the privilege of attending the summit, we also want to acknowledge the brilliant women within MMD Construction who kept things running seamlessly on-site and in the office throughout the day. Their dedication and hard work are truly appreciated, and to mark the occasion, we treated them to goodie bags and special treats—a small token of appreciation for their ongoing contributions to our success.
