Bandon Primary Care Centre/Library – D&B Project

MMD Construction were the Main Contractor, PSCS and Design Lead  for the construction of a new Primary Care Centre in Bandon, Co. Cork. The provision of Primary Care Centres was a key aim of the government with the intention of maintaining essential minor services in the community and so in turn taking pressure off hospitals. Contracted by the Health Services Executive, The Bandon Primary Care Centre provides over 4500sqm of healthcare space which includes associated substantial mechanical and electrical installations.

Included in the development is the construction of a ground floor library for the Cork County Council, and a number of retail units for local businesses.
