Barrack Street – Social Housing

The Barrack Street Housing Development, completed in partnership with Cork City Council, is a landmark project that exemplifies MMD Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable urban housing. Situated in the heart of Cork City, this development blends modern design with community-focused living to enhance the city’s vibrant landscape.

This project involved the demolition of existing commercial units and the construction of a 3- and 4-storey residential development, consisting of 31 apartment units designed to meet the needs of contemporary urban living. Additionally, the project included the fit-out of 4 existing units, ensuring they were seamlessly integrated into the overall development.
